    • NZD $240,000 – $300,000 + GST per annum

    • Public or iwi interface

    • High political or reputational risk

    Arakai should not carry more than 4–6 active retainers at any one time.

  • Project Reset or Intervention

    Used only when a project is already failing or at critical risk.

    Structure

    • Short, intense control intervention

    • Time-boxed

    Typical Price

    NZD $50,000 – $120,000 + GST

    Priced on:

  • Arakai does not offer:

    • hourly rates

    • task-based pricing

    • architectural services

    • delivery support

    • drafting or documentation
